Fashion Revolution "who made my clothes?", know more about who make the products behind the brands you like for a more ethical fashion industry!!
On April 23rd tonlé will be hosting a pop-up market for Fashion Revolution Week,
an event being held around the world to commemorate the lives of the people who lost their lives at the hands of the fashion industry in the devastating Rana Plaza collapse.
Tonlé is inviting other ethical fashion, homewares and accessories brands to participate in a pop-up style market similar to the successful holiday market we held in December 2015. This event attracted over 200 guests, brought awareness to several new brands, and many of the vendors expressed having very good sales that day. We are excited to join forces with the Fashion Revolution Cambodia team to bring you another event that we think will build upon that community.
Fashion Revolution is an event being held around the world to commemorate the lives of the people who lost their lives at the hands of the fashion industry in the devastating Rana Plaza collapse. Ethical fashion, accessory, and homewares brands making products in Cambodia will display and sell their products. The pop up market will celebrate handmade, slow fashion, vintage, ethical and eco-friendly production, and knowing the people behind the products you buy. Cambodia has an amazing array of brands championing these causes, and tonlé is excited to feature some of them in our shop! Light snacks and drinks will be provided, and we will have a fashion-revolution themed photobooth.
