It has been a year since the last Beaujolais nouveau day. And, this year again Bouchon wine bar is in. Event will be on Thusday 19th from 7pm.
The focus will be on food pairing the Beaujolais nouveau Paul Sapin. Thanks to our sponsor and partner Le Terroir we are able to propose you great cold cut platter made up from outstanding product we usually don't serve at Bouchon such as saucisson, dry ham, pate in pastry …
Bouchon will get even more French deco, expect charcuterie to be everywhere. Photographer Film Noir Studio - Phnom Penh Jeremie, will show up at 9pm for an hour.
Dj Frenchy, better known as Stan, will be mixing French song but not only, and make feel you like you want to drink wine.

Beaujolais nouveau is a red wine made from Gamay grapes produced in theBeaujolais region of France. It is the most popular vin de primeur, fermented for just a few weeks before being released for sale on the third Thursday of November.
